Join us for the CCCOER’s Fall Quarterly Meeting! Attendees may attend in person or via the Web and telephone.

Agenda:
• Clancy Marshall of Dynamic Books will give the
keynote presentation with Q&A afterward.

• Nicole Allen, Textbooks Advocate and Director of The
Student PIRGs, will provide a brief presentation.

• Liza Loop will give us update about what’s going on
with the CCCOER.

• Alice Krueger of Virtual Ability will wrap up the
meeting with her presentation, “Accessibility Reviews
of Open Textbooks.”

1) Go to www.cccconfer.org.
2) Click the Participant Log In button under the Meet & Confer logo in the lower left
3) Locate the meeting called "CCCOER Quarterly Meeting" and click on the underlined word GO at the end of the row.
4) Fill out the form and enter the password: 626017 -- Please include both your name and your college/company in the screen name field.
5) Dial 1-888-886-3951 and enter the password: 626017

Comment by Liza Loop on August 24, 2010 at 4:15pm: I'm on deck to report about the activities of our Interim Steering Committee for 1/2 hour at this meeting. Please contact me if there are any points you would like included or if you have specific questions you would like to pose. I'll answer when I can and open up the questions I can't answer to the group.
CCCOER is still looking for an Interim President, Interim Treasurer, Interim Elections Commissioner, Interim Financial Development Officer, Interim Programs Officer and Interim Governing Board Member at large. Interim means that these positions are appointed by our Director, Jacky Hood, until we can organize an election. Please email me if you are willing to volunteer to serve in one of these capacities. There will also be lots of committees and working groups as CCCOER develops its programs and activities. Don't be shy. Speak up, sign up and help move the OER movement, don't just follow it!
