Academic/Professional Biography
An experienced college instructor, program chair, and dean of academic affairs offering over 15 years in the field as an executive in retail/corporate human capital management. Area of expertise within the career management industry has been shared to audiences ranging from 5 to 500 throughout multiple arenas across the United States, including Yale University, the NACE Conference, APSCU Conference, Workforce Central Florida, the SOACE conference, YTI Career Institute, Rotary Clubs, The Florida Diversity Group, and many other conferences, corporations, and clubs.

For over seven years Danny not only taught professional portfolio courses at the college level, he was a catalyst and source of knowledge as ITT Technical Institute reconstructed the design and process for their career management courses (TB332, a required professional portfolio career development class). Danny’s aptitude to build courses, curriculum, and training guides based upon each programs unique characteristics, demographics, student base, and accreditation requirements is a commodity academic institutions across the United States are taking advantage of.

Fusing a wide academic experience, Danny’s human management background runs even deeper into the private sector. From an entry-level resume writer, he quickly advanced to vice president of operations at WorkStream, Inc. After several successful years guiding global executives, hiring agents, and professionals from all levels, Danny started Career Services International, a human capital firm dedicated to corporate and individual career success.

Founder and business manager for Education Career Services (ECS), Danny bridges the business world and the educational world with one driving force: student career success. In this endeavor, Danny partners with career directors and career professionals from across the United States to build career textbooks and collateral, ensuring all students, no matter the campus, benefit from a wide collaborative effort and best practice approach.

Danny is a professionally certified resume writer, certified employment interview professional, and a certified career coach. He is an active member with the National Resume Writers Association, the Professional Resume Writers Association, and the Career Thought Leaders Group.
