How have you used open textbooks?: I am currently writing a textbook for Flat World Knowledge in Criminal Law, available January 2012. I will be adopting a Flat World Knowledge textbook for Legal Environment of Business. I am open to suggestions regarding open educational resources in criminal justice, as the textbook prices in this discipline are outrageous.

Flat World Knowledge Offers New Criminal Justice OER Textbook

Although criminal justice courses are popular and well-enrolled, especially in Community Colleges, there is a definite lack of OER resources in this area. My frustration with the cost of textbooks and dearth of criminal justice open resources inspired me to join the College Open Textbooks Community.
