Profile Information

Academic/Professional Biography
Nadia Idri is a lecturer at university level, specialized in educational psychology and EFL and doing research on affective factors, applied linguistics, learner autonomy and LMD Reform. She has been teaching at university since 2004. Nadia masters four languages and translates in three of them (English-French-Arabic) and got experience in it. She represented Algeria in the (International Visitors Programme: Youth Leadership I) IVPYL I in 2004, visited France many times for trainings (2009, 2010 and 2012). She has also a certificate of training o ESP delivered by the University of Oxford in 2009 and certificate of training of the Zotero Level 1 and level 2 for bibliographic research delivered by the Library of Université Stendhal, Grenoble 3 in May 2012. She has got a publication of a translated literary article in two web-sites and in a book published in Europe in the flow of May, 2004. Other articles are published in the ERIC database in 2009, in le Forum de l’Enseignant de l’ENS Constantine in June 2011, in the Procedia: Social and Behavioral Science, Elsevier in December, 2011, 2012 and in the International Journal of Education and General Studies in March, 2012. She participated in three international conferences in 2005 , 2011 and 2012; national symposiums in 2010, 2011 and 2012. She is actually the president of the scientific committee in the Department of English and a main organizer of the symposium: Towards a Technology-based ELT in Higher Education, 2012 held in Bejaia. She has a reviewing experience in scientific committees such as: the national symposium of Béjaia, 2012, in the Education and General Studies Joyrnal, 2012, Educational Research Journal, 2012 and she is now invited to review abstracts for the ICEEPSY, 2013 Conference in Antalya, Turkey. She has four article projects in progress, two edited books in progress (one national and the other international). She is acually amont a team as an online consultant in the Life Experience Degree Consulting Services (LLC) directed by the UN advisor and the Noble Prize for Peace nominee, Frank Palatnick: http://thincdev.wix.com/frank#!team/c1shn. She directed many research projects at the BA and Master degrees besides accupying responsibility of levels and specialty at her university. She is a member of the US Alumni Association, to the Auto-L list of autonomy, AILA, Methodspace (a featured member in February 2010), Exchanges Connect, Linkedin, Classroom 02, Academia, Revollution, College Open Texbooks Community and many other online communities.
